My parents dishwasher isn’t working properly - after turning on, putting in the soap and pressing start, the machine isn’t washing the dishes properly (soap hasn’t dispersed and dishes still unclean). The machine is a Bosch (see photo)

Could someone come and fix my dishwasher. It is a brand new dishwasher. It was working and then suddenly it stopped working.

Since moving I've never used our dishwasher as it didn't work. I'd like if someone could come out and figure out the problem and get it working.

Westinghouse fridge. Quite new. Keeps randomly turning off whilst plugged in and on. As stated, it is quite new and it is confusing why it randomly doesn’t cool and work. Need someone with experience to look at it and possibly come up with an outcome if possible.
