Need an experienced technician to fix my Samsung washing machine. The machine is displaying an error code of 3E, which indicates motor defect.

I’ve got a Smeg dishwasher that is not running properly. After completing the cycle, it doesn’t not stop on its own. When I open it, the dishes are clean but there is still noise coming from it as if it were running. It doesn’t go away until I unplug the dishwasher. The noise will come back unless I unplug it for half a day at least, and it won’t allow me to start a new cycle. This means I can’t run the dishwasher more than once a day. - Due date: Flexible
