Hi, We have a gas stove with two burners that need repair. * **Burner 1:** Makes the *“tik tik”* ignition sound but does not light automatically. It can be lit using a matchbox. * **Burner 2:** No *“tik tik”* sound at all when switched on, so the ignition is not working. Previously, we had a technician check it and paid about **$100 just to diagnose the issue**, We didn’t fix it at the time, but now we’d like to get both burners repaired. Our address is 439 Boundary Road Truganina. We have a De'Longhi Magnifica Fully Automatic Coffee Machine (Black) that we purchased in June 2025 and it hasn't been serviced, last week a staff member attempted to descale the machine, and it was unsuccess and now the machine isn't working.

Electrolux fridge freezer, 10 years old freezer unit is top, icy crystals inside around freezer inside door and the freezer wall feels wet, I’ve turned off for 24 hours and cleaned gaskets ( they look fine) smeared Vaseline around the gasket, it’s improved but not fixed.

Fix leak in front loader washing machine. Needs new seal as per picture. Need price on replacement seal and fitting.

Washing machine gets stuck while running and do not drain the water out. Then we have to select Drain and spin to flush the water out. It shows ER as an error.
