Hi there, My Electrolux washing machine is showing error code E10, and it’s not draining properly. I’m not sure if the issue is with the hose, pump, or something else. I’m looking for someone experienced to diagnose the problem and possibly fix it if it's a minor repair (e.g. blockage, reset, etc.). the water connection is fully turned on and the filter has also been cleaned by me. The machine is located in 2038 with easy access and parking nearby. Please bring any basic tools or parts you might need for initial inspection. Not water issue. Could be belt or motor. Machine approximately 10 years old

Tried to clean the filter and didn’t help

The error code says a leak and machine wont start. On searching this seems this is a common problem which can be solved by tipping the machine forward (it is self standing) and remove the water. This worked a couple of times but now it doesnt. Clearly we need to find the leak, but it must be minor.

Our fridge is working, however we suspect the cooling fan has broken down. The fridge section has stopped cooling however the freezer is still running fine. Would appreciate a quote for the repair and a repair!
