Bought an tv antenna from good guys wanted it fix now

We are experiencing a complete loss of TV signal at the property. The antenna is already installed on the roof and has been in place for some time, however it has never received any signal. The property is a single-level house, with the issue in the living area facing the swimming pool. We are looking for inspection and quote only. Please do not proceed with any work without approval.

Single floor new home (2-3 years), steel frame, fibreglass insulation Run cabling for CCTV kit, plug and play system - mount cctvs - Connect cable to CCTV and run to centre of house to wall pass through - 4 location, pretty much at each corner of the house - cctv is a complete kit, Swann 1080p 4 channels - I'll setup the cctv, but please stay in case any issue with cabling. TV antenna - mount tv antenna - will need to test which location is suitable for the tv antenna then run there - front of house tested good.

My TV is mounted but the antenna plug is over the other side of the room. I need it installed over the ceiling so it’s concealed neatly and unnoticeably, matching the TV wire concealment in the picture shown. There is a ‘ledge’ on the ceiling so it can be concealed very well I think :)

A couple of years ago I had an tv antenna outlet installed by an electrician. It was on the other side of a wall with an existing outlet. The signal quality has always been dubious. Upon removing the plate it’s obvious that the crimping job was second rate and done without the right tools. The coax fell out in my hands. Just need someone with the right tools and a little know how to do the job right.
