Hi I'm looking for someone to help significantly alter this dress for me? It is an Eliya the Label 'Tamara Dress' in Gold (see link here: https://www.eliyathelabel.com/products/tamara-dress) I'm looking to: - Shorten the dress - Alter the straps in the top half of the dress from halter style to off-the-shoulder - Use the excess material taken from the bottom of the dress after it has been shortened to create extra straps for coverage in the top half of the dress - Have breast cups sewn into the dress (as there currently are none) I'm looking to have this completed by no later than Friday 20 January 2023 (the day before the event where I wish to wear the dress).
