Hi We are import export business looking for an administration assistant. We have a family culture and environment and looking for easy going friendly people. The ideal person will have good communication skills both on phone and emails. Experience with accounting software will be ideal but not necessary as long as they have a great learning aptitude. Experience with Excel and Microsoft office suite is compulsory. This will be a casual position but there is opportunity to become permanent in the long term. Person must have their own transport and Police clearance is preferred. As a start we are expecting 10-15hrs but that may increase when there are tenders and projects in hand. We are expecting growth due to extensive marketing investments last year. The role suits stay at home mums and students who are looking for some extra income.
