I have avoided my paperwork for so many years. It has become too much for me to manage. I am seeking someone to help me with getting everything updated. I have posted an hourly rate of $40 per hour, this is my offer for the mutual 3 month trial period with an initial 4-5 hours each shift at times that suit both parties. Going forward, and once the backlogs has been cleared, systems streamlined I expect that my requirements would drop down to 4 hours fortnightly, which may be able to be done remotely. With another 4 hours within the each month to catch up and review status quo and future directions. General Duties would include; Raising Invoices for reimbursement of claimed/ paid services. Following upon outstanding coalition of superannuation, banking, budgeting & debit management, tax return, insurance claims, medicare reimbursement claims, feedback and collaboration on updating business plan. Family medical goals/plan, path progression & management to ensure that each step gets done Preparation of grant applications Preparation of increasing of funds application and consultation. Initially I will require you to work from my home in Bayswater but there will be the option to do the majority of the work from home.

I need someone to take care of my book keeping planning scheduling and run around doing tasks for me such as picking up and dropping off items or paperwork. Making appointments ect. I can't be in 2 places at once. This is casual at the moment. The amount you can earn teally depends on your performance. At the moment it will be roughly 2 days a week. The amount it costs me every week for being disorganised is stupid so I'm prepared to pay the right person $500 a week to start off with. I've started a contracting company. I'm looking for an efficient, intelligent, reasonably tech savvy (ie ability to upload to and create folders in the Cloud) personal assistant to help me out in my home office for the following 2 full days : Tuesday 1st June and Wednesday 2nd June. 9:30am until 5:30pm You will be working alongside me in my home office (while I am working on other projects) so I am totally available to assist with any and all queries. Duties will be: Scanning and uploading receipts for a number of different entities over the last 5 or so years. You'll need to sort it into dates & files in One Drive, so my bookkeeper can easily access them. Physical filing and assisting me to get organised with systems that are easy for both of us to use. I would envisage an ongoing opportunity of 4 hours a fortnight to come in and assist with pretty much the same tasks. ABN for the ongoing work preferred, but not essential..
