I have an office in North Sydney that i require general cleaning (vacuum and empty garbage bins, take cardboard bins to recycling bins) each week. Our regular cleaner would normally come in, vacuum - empty the rubbish bins and be in/out in about 15 minutes. Our existing cleaner only offers this if they do it 5 days a week, we do not require this 5 days a week. We would like it only on Tuesday and Fridays please. We would like the cleaning done at 8:30am or 5pm on Tuesday and Friday, 2 times per week only. We are looking for a long term cleaner to do this for us. All rubbish can be put in the garbage bins provided in the carpark/basement of the office building. You will need to bring all your own cleaning suppliers/vacuum cleaner and garbage bags. Let me know your lowest price you can do this, we are looking for a good job done at the lowest price on a regular basis.

I'm looking for someone to transcribe a uni lecture. I will provide the lecture in a video format via DropBox. The video shows a PowerPoint on screen and I would like the transcript to indicate where the lecturer changes the slide, which would be in place of traditional time stamping in a lecture. I am posting this for one lecture (1h 12m), but I have quite a few that will need to be transcribed, plus two new ones each week while I am studying. This first posting will be used as a means of checking the quality and accuracy of the transcript.
