Hi, I am looking for someone who can enter a bunch of receipts into a excel spreadsheet database. It is a years worth of personal expenses for tax purposes. There is about 600 of them and it normally takes 6 hours for someone to do. The entry process is very simple, you will have to read a expense receipt and put the expense category (eg Shopping, Alcohol, Hardware etc). You will need to come and pick up the receipts and papers from me in Asquith and return them back to me to all as part of the fee I am offering, so please consider this with respect to your accepting this job. PS we can also arrange postage of these as COVID means we should move around less. Accuracy is important so if you have book keeping experience it would help, Please don't hesitate to ask any questions.

The details are as follows: Columns required Date Raised Requestor Issue Number Priority Function Owner Description of Issue Resolution Milestones and Timeframes Updates Dependencies Next Action Due Date and Owner Status The Description, Resolution and Updates columns will need to be quite large as there will be a lot of detail added into these columns The drop downs for Function should be: Software Hardware Operational Sales The Status drop downs to be reflected in both the graph and the last column should be: Slipping On Hold In Progress Completed The graph will need to be configured to reflect the number of issues in each category and automatically update as the status changes. Also, the colour of the box in the column will also need to reflect that of the graph automatically as the status updates. I will share the original template created years ago with the person who does this job. Please feel free to update colour scheme etc to be more comtemporary Thanks
