Excel specialist required on site in Carrington office to correct formatting and formulas in an excel spreadsheet that has a summary tab and 30 individual tabs that pull into the summary. Our boutique marketing agency manages approximately 30 clients. The agency has created a spreadsheet to report on the actual hours worked per client and then adjust the hours worked to represent billable hours using an internal formula. We uses ClickUp to track and measure actual hours spent on a client and manually enter the data from that platform to the spreadsheet on a weekly basis. The agency requires the assistance of an Excel Automation Expert to reduce the amount of manual calculations and adjustments by having correct and consistent formulas across all spreadsheets. Some cells are not formatting automatically and some changes create inconsistencies. This is then corrected manually each week. Specifically we require: Bulk updates of formulas Conditional formatting Moving data across tabs without effecting existing formatting and formulas Set a formula to convert time form hours and minutes to decimals Lock spreadsheet and create a view only version for internal viewing Recommendation on relevant training to be able to self-manage these tasks This needs to be looked at and improved by 11:30am on 30 March.
