Hi there. My partner needs an update invoice template for a small carpentry business he runs. He has been using his current template since starting the business some 8 years ago and its really awful. Administration Assistant with Quickbooks knowledge

We are needing someone on an ongoing basis to help with our business (online but Perth based). We would prefer someone with Quickbooks experience. The position will start out being 2-3 hours a day, but will likely increase (hourly rate is negotiable based on skill level). To start, we need you to take sales from eBay & Shopify, create receipts in Quickbooks & send these through to our agent for shipping. Then send tracking details & a welcome email to the customer. We need you to take our stack of receipts, enter them into Quickbooks, & filter through PayPal/GMail to find other expenses. Moving forward creating POs for suppliers & invoices will be required. When we are not contactable, calls will need to be answered & messages taken. We would love to have someone who is interested in camping. We will need you to be available business hours & be flexible, also a small amount of work is needed on Sunday afternoon/evenings (no more than half an hour).
