Digitise 2 Pilot Logbooks – Data Entry to Excel/CSV I'm am looking for someone to help digitise approximately 1¾ handwritten New Zealand CAA pilot logbooks (CAA 1373), containing around 6,640 flight hours. Aviation experience preferred or at least knowledge with pilot logbooks. I'd like all recorded flight entries transferred into an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file that can eventually be imported into an electronic pilot logbook. The work involves: - Transcribing dates, aircraft types, registrations, flight details and flight times. - Transferring the different flying-time categories accurately. - Preserving the original records, including relevant remarks. - Checking entries for accuracy and flagging anything unclear. - Reconciling totals against the handwritten logbooks. - Providing the completed spreadsheet in an organised, editable format. I'm happy for someone to use AI, scanning or OCR tools to speed up the process, provided all entries are checked for accuracy. I can supply clear scans or photographs, so the job can be completed remotely. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as these are professional aviation records. Budget: $600 negotiable, depending on the number of entries and work involved. Happy to consider quotes and start with a small paid sample before proceeding with the full project.

We are setting up ServiceM8 job management software and there is a lot of manual data entry to do each day for at least 1 month.
