To be specific, I need someone to review current chart of accounts and products, and recategorise some products as well as create some new products that we can use for better breakdown of numbers going forward. The new products created will also need to be adjusted on reccuring invoices and documented so our current staff knows how to use them in future. e.g. In Sales we have a account "Sales - Rent" and all rent collected from tennants (mostly vis recurring invoices) goes in this account Moving forward we want to break down this into Sales - Sydney Rent Sales - Melb Rent Sales - Brisbane rent Instead of one product calles sales... create 3 products for each account code and then adjust recurring invoices so currently setup invoices contribute to correct account going forward... so next year end, we have clear visibility of how much renevue is collected from each city, etc. above is just an example but I think it paints a good picture of what we need. I anticipate the task to take anywhere from 1-2 days max - onsite We prefer this to be done onsite as there will be a lot of back and forth questions needing my input so it will be quicker and easier this way. I'm with a property company that sells apartments off the plan. We have a CRM system called Hubspot (similar to Salesforce?) that is fairly intuitive. The challenge we have is that our reporting is poor and we don't capture the full range of data on our customers.
