Scope of Works – Replace External Glass Door with Framed Wall + Weatherboard Replace existing external glazed door with a properly framed, weather-tight wall infill including owner-supplied window, wall wrap and weatherboard cladding. Critical pre-work (must be done BEFORE door removal): Measure/set out to raise the bottom of the existing door opening. Form and pour a custom concrete upstand/plinth that is mechanically fixed to the existing slab (dowel/bolts/anchors as required) to provide a solid base for framing. This stage must be completed prior to removing the glass door so the house remains secure and protected from weather at all times. Wall framing: Build and install treated timber framing to suit the opening, including plates/studs/noggins and any required lintel/support for the window and cladding. Frame to be plumb, square and securely fixed. Window install (owner supplied): Install supplied window to manufacturer requirements, including packing/levelling, fixing and weather sealing. Weatherproofing: Install external weather barrier wall wrap, correctly lapped/taped, with proper detailing around the window for drainage and weather-tightness. Cladding: Install weatherboard cladding to match existing as closely as practical, including trims/flashings/cappings as required. Finish to a neat standard. Please quote including fixings, flashings, sealants and making good, plus removal/disposal of door and waste (unless excluded).

I need a qualified door installer and so need window frames done at Goodna.

Remove two internal doors and close the openings with plasterboard. Plaster and finish incl corners so it is for painting.

I need the door handle screwed into the door, I can do it but don’t have the time.

I need a new internal swinging door installed between our house and garage to replace the sliding door that is currently there. The door frame is 204 cm x 76 cm, so I think some extra framing wood will be necessary to attach a standard door. We don't have a door to install, so supplying the door and other materials will be required.

A hole in the door from ex partner punching it

Looking for an experienced tradesperson, handyman, carpenter to install a Hills Hoist Indoor Clothesline and to fix an error made when trying DIY. 2 of the screws are stripped and need to be removed and then replaced. And then reinstall the clothesline. Someone experienced in finding wall studs would be ideal…our stud finder has failed us. 2 clotheslines in total. My windows have a fly screen mesh that is held on by these plastic bits that have been damaged and fallen off. Looking for a more permanent solution with these mesh screens as I don’t want them to come off but also want to reuse them to keep pricing down.
