The fixed (non-opening) window on the staircase appears to have a water leak, with water coming through the window seal during wet weather. As this window cannot be opened or closed, it seems the issue is related to the sealing rather than window operation. Additionally, I would like to request a check and replacement of all the windows seals in the house that need replacing, as the silicone/seal - sealing around several windows appears to be shrinking and may no longer be providing adequate waterproofing.
