Hey, need someone to sort this door out. It’s come off the hinges. Frame is a bit worn where the hinges sit and they’re pretty rusty, so it’s not lining up or closing properly. Just need someone to: * Fix up the hinge area on the frame * Replace hinges if needed * Rehang the door and get it sitting straight * Make sure it opens and closes properly It’s an external door so just want it done properly, not a quick patch. I have 3 sagging internal doors due to settlement. 1. Internal toilet door striking the floor strip on bottom left (door handle side). This door has Pinnacle 90mm Matte Black Loose Pin Radius Butt Hinges. 2. Bedroom door hitting the top right of the frame preventing it from closing. This also has Pinnacle 90mm Matte Black Loose Pin Radius Butt Hinges. 3. Front door - oversized - bottom left (door handle side) also sticking to the bottom frame. This door has 4 pin hinges (5 silver pin cylinders on each hinge). I know it’s a quick fix with thicker shims or longer screws however due to surgery I can’t do it myself. Many thanks.
