​Hi there, ​I need a handy person to help convert an existing built-in living room cupboard from traditional hinged doors to a 2-door or 3-door sliding track system. ​Due to our apartment layout, we have a heavy couch pushed up against the wall, meaning the current doors don't have the clearance to swing outward anymore. Converting to sliders will allow us to access the cupboard without moving the furniture. ​What needs to be done: ​Remove the 2 existing hinged doors and patches where the old hinges were (if needed). ​Supply and install a smooth, slimline double-track sliding system (top and bottom rails). ​Supply and install lightweight white door panels that fit the opening (or reuse the existing panels if they can be modified to overlap properly on a track). ​Install low-profile or flush pull handles so the doors can slide past each other seamlessly. ​Note: Please bring your own tools.
