My solid front door is sagging, causing it to catch/rub and preventing the automatic drop-down weather strip from sealing evenly. Realignment of the door so it sits square and even in the jamb. Adjust or service the automatic drop-down weather seal so it drops completely flat when closed. Maybe replace some rubber weather stripping if required. Bottem weather stripping has been replaced.

The bottom of the current door is weathered and damaged. - Replace the vertical timber (VJ) panels on both sides of the door, including the side walls of the entry and the panel visible from inside. Looking for an experienced garage door repairer to fix a lifting cable that has come unwound from the cable drum on one side of the garage door. The cable on the opposite side appears to be correctly positioned. The job involves rewinding and re-tensioning the cable, realigning the door if required, and ensuring it operates safely and correctly. Photos available for reference.
