I've got an underground garage with a metal gate, width 3m, height 2.4m. I would like to have an electric garage door opener installed for this tilt gate. There is power supply. This would include mounting it onto the ceiling. I have not yet purchased a device - any suggestions are welcome.

Looking for a builder or quality handy man that can reconnect my chain drive post at the wall Recent storms wet the original brace and it had been weakening since the storm previous The builder will remove the gyprock and secure a new length of hardwood then firmly reattach the chain drive post back onto the wall The Tasker should have some experience with motorized garage doors - so it operates perfectly. Doesn't have to repaint. But perhaps a little gyprock to finish back original. We'll see if it's required. if you don't think this job is in your wheel house - please don't apply. We locked the inside of our garage door and do not have the keys to open it, would like to replace the lock mechanism and provide new locks

I have a 2 door garage. One side has an older Glidermatic GTS opener that has broken (grey unit in photo). The other was uograded to a Gliderol Genesis opener (white unit in photo). I want to get the old unit replaced with one to match the Genesis so that both doors can be opened with the same remote (white remote in picture).
