The garage door opener arm / track bar appears bent and may need to be straightened or replaced. Please inspect the overall alignment and make sure the door opens and closes properly and safely. Single Garge Door. Cables came off pulley wheels when ladder caused obstruction. Setting nuts released to untangle cables and allow door to shut. Cable on one side has some kinks. So need cables replacing and tension coil reset.
