She would like a Security Screen door installed at the front door, a dead bolt installed in her room on the door leading to the side of the house, and a damaged side wooden gate repaired.

And then reinstall the clothesline. Someone experienced in finding wall studs would be ideal…our stud finder has failed us. 2 clotheslines in total. One already up(but needs fixing) one still in box.

I tried to replace an internal door handle with a new one but was unsuccessful as the hole is too small and I don’t have the necessary tools.
