Need a double garage torsion spring replace/ repaired. My double garage door opens around 30cm and then stops. It won’t go any higher. I’ve had a look and the torsion springs above the door( right hand side) still has tension and feels rigid.but the left hand spring is loose and can be wiggled freely by hand with no resistance.

Garage door is not working when remote is pressed, need a quote to repair and then once approved start the job.
