Garage Roller Door Repair – Cranbourne Looking for an experienced handyman or garage door technician to inspect and repair my garage roller door. Issue: - The top weather seal/rubber strip has come loose and is hanging down. - Garage door is fitted with a Merlin SilentDrive opener. - Photos attached. - Looking for the seal to be reattached or replaced if required. I would prefer someone who can inspect and complete the repair in one visit if possible.

The bathroom shower door doesn’t close and latch to the magnetic strip on the right side. I have noticed the door looks misaligned and not seated vertical aligned. I noticed on the shower door black plastic insert block holding the spindle - hinge door at the top looks broken and plastic cracked inside, where the screw hold on both sides, plus looks loose so the door isn’t vertically straight. Shower screen installed appox 20 years ago

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to fix an internal door in my house. Issues: 1. The door does not latch properly due to a gap between the door and the frame/strike plate 2. Parts of the door are rubbing against the carpet when opening/closing I’m looking for someone who can: 1. Inspect and identify the cause 2.
