The main front entry glass door at our restaurant has snapped off its pivot hinges and won’t close or latch. It’s a heavy commercial aluminium-framed glass door with Lockwood hardware in a dual-door vestibule entry. The top pivot hinge has failed, bottom pivot is compromised, and the overhead door closer has disconnected from the frame. Door is currently unsecured. Need someone experienced with commercial door pivot systems who can assess, repair or replace the pivots, re-hang the door, and reconnect the closer – ideally same day. Aluminium Door Repair – Clyde North We removed the security locks from the aluminium door, which has left visible holes. We need these repaired so the door looks like a normal door again. We attempted to fill the gaps with sealant, but it did not work as the door is hollow inside. Please advise on the best way to repair this or if someone can attend to fix it.
