Garage door won’t open. Torsion spring has snapped (visible break in spring above door). Door is very heavy and opener can’t lift it. Need a qualified technician to replace torsion spring(s), re-tension/balance door, and test opener. Please quote (incl. GST) and advise warranty/cycle rating.

Bi Fold door won’t lock into place I think the parts which lock into the track and down the bottom have broken off so it won’t stay in place
