Second hand doors were installed and need to re spring tension to allow opening

Need someone to remove spa pump on the exterior of our house. Looks like just cutting some PVC piping to disconnect. That will leave a hole roughly 19cm L 25cm W. Want a metal plate to be screwed into the brick which is approx 10cm thick. I have no tools or materials so will need to provide your own. Also includes removal of pump from the property.

Need sliding door removed from frame.

Need the back door hung, unfortunately it will need to be cut down to length so will need a circular saw. And the handle will have to be drilled in. Have the handle and hinges ready to go. Happy to act as additional labour if necessary.

Two handyman jobs required: 1) Reattach a sliding door architrave between the laundry and lounge room. The architrave is at the property - just needs to be re-secured 2) Purchase and install new tiles, backing and adhesive for laundry sink. Two cavity sliding doors don’t slide well and need repair. When pulling open, something hinders smooth sliding and they dig into the floor, meaning we have to lift to open. Plus, pantry sliding timber doors may need new rollers. And, security door won’t unlock easily with the ‘snib’ lock - needs lubricating, I guess.
