(If it is only one broken, use this funds to wall sheets lining) Supply and install two new basic, rental-grade aluminium sliding windows with keyed locks. Ensure windows are securely fixed and made weather-tight. Ceiling Creation & Insulation: Supply and install timber battens to the existing rafters to create a new ceiling framework. Supply and install R2.5 thermal insulation batts to the ceiling ONLY. Supply and install plasterboard to the new ceiling. Tape, set, and sand all plasterboard joints to a Level 4 finish, ready for painting.
