we have had a fire door inspection in our residential complex of 48 units, the have identified the following that needs to be rectified and we need someone to quote on the job then repair them. Door closers need replacing on around 6 units and we need a quote on replacement/inspection of around 10 units that appear to have non-compliant dead locks which will be an owner cost and liason with the body corporate required before replacement. access to the doors will be through the body corporate and orgainsing with the owner/agent for access on the day, it may require several visits to get the job all completed. example picture of doors attached, all are the same.
