Help needed to clean the windows of my house in Kensington. We have one large window at the front, 4 smaller windows at the side, a large folding door at the back and glass panels around the edge of the deck. Pictures included. I have a unit block that needs the outside windows cleaned . - Due date: Before Friday, 4th Mar 2022

The job is to clean a skylight window glass and the surrounding frame. It is one single skylight that needs to be washed inside and outside (on roof). On the inside there are a few spider-webs as well as possibly spiders themselves to clear as part of the job. Flexible date and time. Access: On the inside the skylight is directly above stairs. On the outside the skylight is on a flat roof that can be accessed with most ladders from my terrace. See photos.

I have 10 first floor french windows with screens. I'd like the screens removed and hosed, and windows cleaned. At the same time I'd like the gutters cleaned and I have some wisteria and Boston ivy that needs trimming. I have an extension ladder and trimming tools. I've had this done before and it took 2 people half a day.

1. Deep clean of 1 small window, 1 standard-sized window, 1 door, 1 sliding door and 1 balcony sliding glass-door partition. Both interior and exterior side of windows accessible from the same level (without any ladder or anything) and needs to be thoroughly cleaned on both sides. Window and balcony partition blinds needs to be cleaned. 2. Deep clean of a small kitchen, outside and top of cabinets, vinyl floor (cleanable stain at one spot), back and side space of fridge (fridge needs to be moved a little for this), fridge exterior, range-hood, sink, under-sink, tiles, plug-points and plugs and few unclean spots in the kitchen area wall. It'll take at least 2 to 2.5 hrs for 1 person for this job. 2 persons preferable to work in parallel. EQUIPMENT AND CLEANING SUPPLIES: Please bring your own.
