Hi there! We are getting married on Saturday October 7th 2023 at Gold Coast Farm House in Numinbah Valley (Gold Coast Hinterland) and are in need of two people with a QLD RSA to man our bar and complete all-rounder duties throughout our day. The roles will include: - Arrive at 3:30pm - Putting out ice and drinks into buckets whilst ceremony is on from cooler room that is on site (from 4pm) - opening cans and monitoring the bar (cans only, no pouring or mixing required) --> monitoring intoxicated guests, consumption and under 18's - possibly taking around tray of shots to offer to legal aged guests - clearing off plates and cutlery after dinner into marked containers and stacking away - cleaning up cans into marked container - serving cake onto small plates, and clearing off afterwards - packing down table decor at the end of the night (10pm) into marked containers such as: candles, candle holders, vases, flowers, table clothes, paper menus. - night to finish at 10:30pm - 8 hours work *meal included *price listed is total job price per staff member - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 7 October 2023

Hi, We are looking for a wedding coordinator that will take control of the wedding on the day and probably 3 months out to ensure all of the planning runs smoothly. The date of the wedding is 20/03/24 in Laidley. Address to be confirmed. We will plan everything, when the planning is done the intention is to hand it over to a coordinator who will take it from there. This person needs to be okay with speaking publicly and answer any questions from guests. We are looking for someone to layout and oversee an afternoon tea in the church hall after a wedding. All food is prepared, we need you to plate the food and and lay it out by yourself while the wedding is in progress. Oversee the set up of the bubble tea bar so it is ready to go when service is over and generally watch and oversee the needs of restocking and clearing while people are mingling. There are other volunteers during this mingling time who would check in with you about things. Then clean up and leave the area neat. Time needed 6 hours - 11am to 5pm, in Arundel.

Just updating this as I have a clearer idea of what I need now: I'm looking for a team of 2 to do our wedding decoration set up, set up a grazing table, and then serve food and drinks. We have the decorations and styling, a bar manager, grazing table food and a food truck - just need people to actually set things up and bring food and drinks around to guests. Hi there, Seeking wedding photography for the 22nd of Feb on Straddie Island. Estimated time around four hours for reception and ceremony. Happy to organise return transport and ferry cost etc. Please let us know what is included in the package such as editing and prints etc

- Collect empty bottles and cans (recycle bags). - Collect and wash wine and champagne glasses, put back out. - Keep ice buckets full of drinks (bring from fridge) - Clean up and breakages/spillages. - Throw out plates etc from dinner (all disposable but most people will do this themselves). - Bring out the desserts for the dessert table during speeches. - Bring around shots. - Put together charcuterie boards and bring out for about 7.30-8. - Clean up area before you leave (not pack down tables etc just make sure no rubbish is around.
