Would like someone to create a website for our business

We have a CMS website, hosted by Crucial (CPanel access). It has been hacked a number of times and both our host and offsite web person are suggesting differing approaches. We need someone impartial to physically attend (I will not share logins for remote access) either today/Wednesday 15th or any time tomorrow/Thursday 16th to assess and guide me through best course of action to fix current issues until we change to a different platform within the next two months.
