Some Queries and Macros are not working

But again, it is possible. However, I recommend using a ‘COUNTIF’ function. There are many potential diabetes mellitus codes and, if I don’t want to use an ‘OR’ or nested function, I would need to create a series of intermediary variables/columns before I reach my final useful variable (e.g. one to search for E10*, one for E11*, etc., making sure that all codes are covered). Importantly, I don’t need to use each code if I use wildcards, so just knowing the 3 or 4 digit codes is sufficient (see module 2.5.2.1, Zoom online session one and Zoom online session 2). There are of course other ways, but I won’t go into them here.
