The faucet in the toilet is leaking. Water valve that controls water supply to the toilet cannot be switched off. It is supposed to be off when turned vertical. The toilet has water running all the time. Please see the attached photos

Hot water in the kitchen is fine. In the bathroom, the sink and shower water temperatures are quite low. Not freezing cold but barely above room temperature. The hot water is gas and is a common system to all units. There is a tempering valve under the bathroom sink which is about 5-6 years old however adjusting this doesn’t make much temperature difference. I even tried turning off the normal water completely from the main but I think the tempering valve causes the flow of hot water to stop completely. - Due date: Flexible

Am in the process of installing a new Ikea kitchen, and the sink is moving about a metre or so to the left of its current position, while a dishwasher is going in where it currently is. Need plumbing to match. Also need to terminate the gas line to the gas cooker, as it's being replaced with electric. If you can terminate and disconnect the gas at the meter, even better, though I think I might have to get Origin in for that (?). House is an old Queenslander, and has plenty of space under the floor for access. Am planning to demo existing kitchen tomorrow, so should be ready to go for Thursday. I need some drainage channel installed around a garden edge. The photo shows the garden, which is about 3m x 1m and I have placed one of the drains there to show what is required. I have already bought all the edging and corners required. The drain needs to be cut into the stormwater down pipe shown in the bottom right corners of the photo. Toilet is filling up on flushing with water getting back to normal level very slowly. All other toilets and drains in the house seems to be fine except one.
