Bought and moved into a house and finding that the water flow to showers is poor. Takes ages to shower. Spoke to Sydney water but they’ve said nothing wrong on their side and all plumbing issues inside the boundary of the house are our problem. Need this fixed. Add: I have already removed the water restrictors from the shower heads but that’s not the issue. It’s the flow to the showers themselves. Hi, I have several items which require licensed plumbers attention: 1) Install water pipe to new fridge. Note: I have fridge already, but water connection is not behind fridge right now, and needs to be established to current water connection near sink / dishwasher. 2) Fix Loose Kitchen tap - see photo, but essentially the tap is moving about at base to kitchen bench top 3) New toilet seat / to replace current wooden one which freaks my daughter (and me out). Ideally you can supply a modern toilet seat. Toilet itself is fine 4) Apply caulking / silicone around corners of kitchen bench top and bathroom bench-tops Ideally - these can be done this week, but we are flexible for right experienced plumber and value.
