Require a plumber to install a garden tap for connecting a tap timer & garden hose. For installion you need to tap & add a T in tge copper pipe entering into whole house water filter system. Copper fittings only required, plug the existing tap & install new one in mains. Thanks

Tap is too low for the sink.

We need a bathroom vanity to be removed and replaced with a new one (already purchased and ready to be installed). I don't think any tiles will need cutting, but I'm not sure. A new tap is also ready to be installed. Approximate vanity sizes: Old: Length: 890 mm Height: 820 Depth: 540 New: Length: 890 Height: 855 Depth: 450 The plinth underneath might have to be removed if it has water damage. I've just noticed a hissing sound coming from (I think a water pipe?) looks as though water is leaking from inside the wall where the pipe runs through, and it doesn't seem to be rain water as the rest of this area is dry. i can send a video of the leak if needed.
