I need wall paper removed from a small feature wall as shown. Approx 2.4x2m

I have used peel and stick wallpaper and need to remove it, I have began but my skills are not there. I have purchased the multi-purpose joint compound and the paint + primer. It is a regular size bedroom.

I am after a price to remove some very old wallpaper. I don't have any ladders or platforms (which you will need) as it's above a stairwell. The wallpaper is old and has been there for a long time. It's the awkward height and not having the right equipment that's making it difficult for me. $100 is not my offer, I just don't know what to put.

Have purchased 2 rolls of the pictured wallpaper, it is due to be delivered on the 10/4. Require it to be installed to the 2 pictured walls above the panelling - about 1550mm of height between the panelling and ceiling to be covered, and both walls are around 2900mm wide however, there is a 1500mm window in the centre of one. The other has the pictured ac unit which will need to be wallpapered around. Hoping to have the job done once the wallpaper arrives on or around the 10th. Used online calculators to estimate the required amount so there should be enough, however if there isn’t, only the one wall with the ac will need to be done.
