We need an experienced picture hanger to securely hang a large, heavy framed print on a stud wall in a rental property. The print measures 120 cm × 80 cm and weighs approx.5 kg. Please bring any necessary tools and suitable fixings. We'd like the print to be mounted securely, while keeping any wall damage to the minimum (rental property).

I’ve got a couple of hanging jobs: - one painting on a curved cement wall. Our building is an old grain silo, and definitely past residents have hung things but this one requires some experience/skill and right parts to drill into cement/hang the painting slightly further off wall on specific type of hook? - two small frames, super standard - string shelving unit - I already hung one with my dad (see pics) but want to put my other one up now at this house.
