Need help hanging two medium to large sized mirrors onto wall. I am not sure if the walls are just plaster or if there are studs - would need help figuring this out.

I want a 6 kg arch mirror mounted on a wall. I think the wall is plaster over brick, but I am not sure. I have some self-tappers but not sure they are adequate for the task. I need someone experienced with brick walls to securely hang 2 x mirror in 2 x rooms. The wall is brick. Hang a heavy mirror on a wall in my apartment. We’re not sure if there is a stud on the wall. Mirror is: H: 133cm W: 103cm

I want to put a dryer on the shelf in my laundry cupboard. There is a shelf there, but I am not convinced it will take the 55Kg weight of a heat pump dryer. There is a solid MDF board to fix it to. This is necessary because the taps and power are on the back wall just above the washing machine.
