When they connect their pressure gauge, there’s no change, so they can’t determine whose side the leak is on. The puddle is on my side, but that may be due to the slope of the yard causing water to settle there. My neighbor has checked their system and is seeing the same result. According to the city, the only way to confirm the source is to dig around the area. I’m looking for someone to inspect the situation and provide an estimate for digging and repair.
