Motorcycle difficult to start. Once started the bike will choke itself out. Unable to throttle the bike at all. Replaced coils and spark plugs and have a new starter and other parts for the bike if needed. Uncertain what the problem is with bike. Also need to replace HID light bulbs for head lights.

Inherited a 1986 Suzuki Savage. Owner said it had no problems. Tried to ride it but after a few miles, power dips and the bike limps along.
