I have a 150cc gas scooter (Italica Spektra Elektra 150) that isn't running - it has electrical issues (a wiring connector near the front panel appears disconnected). Its a mangled oil filter on a 3000gt Sl from 1994. Tried removing on my own with no luck. The filter might be crossthreaded but im unsure.

The car has a No Start condition—there’s no sound at all when I turn the key, and the gear shifter is stuck in Park. I already scanned the car. It’s throwing code P0685, so there’s an open circuit to the ECM. I’ve already checked the 15A IGP fuse and tried swapping some relays, but the computer is still not getting power. The battery is 100% fine (tested at 14V)
