I have a 2015 jeep cherokee limited and recently the A symbol (start stop system) warning light came on and showed on dash thatbstartvstop system was unavailable. I also noticed it began idling rough and when accelerating at times it would be kind of jeeking. I googked this and many people had the same problem theybadvised ro press the button thatbturns of the start stop system as oon as you crank car. I have been doing thay for a few weeks and it improved. About a week ago i noticed that it began idling very rough and shakey and the jerking upon accelaration was happening again. A few days ago my fiancee drove maybe 2 miles and the start stop warnjng light came on foloed by the check engine (blinking i believe) and it started (locking up) he was able to get it back home limping basically.

Vehicle put me down at a local college. Determined that vehicle had no spark. Automotive Class Instructor came out and he recommend replacing dist cap & button also camshaft sensor. Recovered to home and replaced said parts and nothing, still crank but no spark issue. Scanned ( autozone loaner tool ) results = p1388 02sensor, cat, htr, ASD relay circuit. Checked fuses. Result = fuse#11 (10a) blown at the inside PDC. In engine PDC fuse#21 (20a) had no volts. After doing some research found out fuse#11 was source for ASD relay so I'm thinking my finding is related to the results of the scanner. So, ok back to the 02s replaced and nothing. I did more research and somewhat confused, long story short. I've throwed all the sensors at this and even the coil and I'm still stuck in the mud. Can anybody please help? - Due date: Before Tuesday, August 29, 2023
