On August 8th, the 4 times my car was started was a struggle. The lights would blink and some check engine lights came on and the engine wouldn't turn over. After a few tries it would start. Once the engine was on, there were no engine lights on and it drove fine. I did notice reduced fuel optimization on its final drive yesterday. Today, upon trying to start the car, it repeated the process with the flashing lights and a sound of the engine trying to start and then not. However, now it will not start no matter how many times I try. It is not also saying there are problems with the brake system after I pressed the emergency brake while trying to start the car today.

Purchased used 2007 Honda shadow vt750 and was told by the seller I’d need to do a tune up/ carburetor and filter cleaning. Also the battery is dead so it needs a jump or potentially new battery. Need someone that’s really familiar with Honda cruiser motorcycles to come check it out. Depending on what’s done or needs to be fixed the price budget will change.
