Closet door in master bedroom needs to be fixed - the hinge keeps falling off or is too loose. Screen door keeps coming off track in master bedroom. Change lightbulbs in kitchen fixture IF time permits & you have a ladder - all tasks combined should take less than 1 hour to complete.
