We are currently looking for an experienced gardener or landscaping specialist to help maintain a beautiful residential property located in Austin, TX (78703). This is not a standard landscaping service job. We are looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about outdoor care who can become part of the team that helps maintain and care for the property long-term. Ideally, this would be a skilled independent gardener or a small family-run landscaping service, rather than a large landscaping company. Scope of Work The property needs ongoing care and improvement. Responsibilities may include: •⁠ ⁠Personalized garden and yard maintenance •⁠ ⁠Lawn care, trimming, pruning, and plant maintenance •⁠ ⁠Removing dead plants or trees and refreshing soil when needed •⁠ ⁠Planting and maintaining climate-appropriate plants for Austin •⁠ ⁠Basic landscaping improvements and seasonal garden care •⁠ ⁠Monitoring and maintaining the irrigation system (sprinklers) •⁠ ⁠Identifying potential issues with irrigation or water pressure Experience with Austin climate and native plants is highly valued.
