My freezer is on the bottom below my fridge and is like a drawer u pull to slide open and push back in to close. And it's not opening and closing correctly. Im not sure if it's the rubber seal or the track is bent??

Hi there, I've got an LG refrigerator with bottom freezer and the freezer has just suddenly stopped freezing. I believe it is a 2018 model. I have a pest control company coming today to spray for the infestation. They will not go inside freezer to clean the mess. There are maggots in the freezer on the food that went bad due to the freezer breaking down when I was out of town. I need someone to clean the fridge and freezer please.
