Purchased a new club cadet RZT zero turn mower with a 50 inch deck and the deck belt is not on it

I have a stock tank tool with a pool deck. The original deck builder installed a "trap door" to access the pump but it doesn't allow me to access the whole pump system. I'm looking for someone who can build a second trap door, less than a foot from the established one, so I can access the rest of the pumping system.

See picture for where cuts are needed. Approximately 15 ft of cuts into a 4-5" thick concrete deck which surrounds an abandon pool. Cuts only, I will dispose of concrete sections. Electric and water available.

Day rate for staining, lighting and mirrors pictures and boards.

I need to move the sauna from one deck to another. My idea was that I was gonna build a makeshift deck coming off that deck, and then rent a lift from Home Depot, Then pick it up with the lift and move it across the makeshift deck to the new deck. Obviously, this is making me nervous. My biggest concern is it twisting and cracking or breaking the glass side - this sauna was expensive. There is also an option to disassemble and assemble, but was hoping to avoid that and finding a more creative and safe way to move it. It may require a crew.
