I have a gaming PC that is new but it is running very slow, I believe the ssd is throttling and I am not sure why. I believe I need a bios update. I would like to clone my SSD that has windows to another SSD but the problem is I already have things installed on both so I am not sure what to do. I am not computer savvy. I also have an app that I can’t uninstall. I need someone who can do this for me or knows their way around PC software/ssd. My games boot up fine initially but then the SSD takes a major drop to 12/kbps and it starts to feel choppy. Please help.

I have a third party (8bitdo) wireless Xbox-style pc controller that has developed a faulty right trigger.
