Switched my pc components to a new case and now it is stuck in bios

I have installed a medium sized wifi network (14 access points) at a boat marina. The network is operational, but needs optimization and tuning i don't have the skills to do. Specifically testing / validating network segment bandwith, Setting up vlans and optimizing network traffic flow. Knowledge and experience with TP-Link’s Omada netwoek equipment and design is required. Being able to diagnose and modify the network both hands on (on a rooftop ) and using a keyboard. Must have access to and experience using network bandwith testing and certificating equipment (Fluke or similar).

Pc keeps crashing on its own at random points. Sometimes I can game for hours and others it crashes 3 times in a row. Also, the spinning blue circle won’t disappear from the cursor and it’s constantly flashing and in the way. I’m uncertain what it is and all the fixes I’ve done over time have not held up. Need diagnostics and repair of the issues plus ensuring all components are still secure and tight within her.

Bought off Amazon HL Direct Led computer desk with assembly hardware. It was a Third party seller. Tried to put it together was difficult for me.

Reapply thermal paste and clean the PC.

Assemble and build my gaming PC I have all parts.
