I have all the parts to build my pc

When I turn my pc on and load a game up it’ll work for a little bit then my monitors just go black then say no signal. Then I would unplug the hdmi and display port and switch them around then I’ll unplug the power from the pc and leave it off for like 2 mins then plug it back in and turn on then sometimes it’ll start working or sometimes it’ll just do the same thing either screens go black or the screen stays on but everything is frozen. I updated the drivers and updated my windows and still nothing. For me to get the game to work again I constantly gotta keep unplugging and switching around wires turning on and off my pc until it stays on
