I need the router connected there so my PC can connect via Ethernet from downstairs, but even that has been cutting out frequently (my phone hotspot is more reliable). Not sure if the problem is with the router or if the Ethernet is damaged. Either way the router setup needs fixing or even a fresh start if possible, and I need to figure out why the WiFi keeps cutting out. A new WiFi problem arises every couple of months and I’m sick of it. Not sure how much this will cost, willing to pay more than $650 if necessary.

My pc is the HP Victus 15L Gaming Desktop PC, AMD Ryzen 5 5600G, AMD RX6400, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Mica Silver. I recently just put 32gb ram in a prebuilt pc and it's not reaching its full potential of ram. It locks out at 2133mt/s not reaching the full 3200mt/s but won't allow me to change the XPM or change BIOS settings because it's a prebuilt it's just locked at default. So I ordered a new motherboard, a new power supply, and a new case for everything to fit together with everything. So basically just taking everything from old pc and putting it into the new one. I can drop off early I would like if it gets done the same day will tip well if done so. I need someone near me not more than 50 miles away I can drop off if needed.

I am a recording engineer who's current case is not the most optimal for noise. It's an older case a friend gave me when I was building this one.
