Need a carpenter to build a bar L shaped or possibly collapsible, and install beams to have weight bearing beams in wall for bookcase/steps

We are seeking qualified contractors to complete the following exterior home improvement projects at our residence in Playa Del Rey, California (90293): Siding Installation: Installation of new siding over the existing exterior stucco. Concrete Cleaning and Staining: Thorough cleaning and staining of all exterior concrete surfaces. Exterior Painting: Painting of designated exterior areas of the house. Spiral Staircase Installation: Removal of the existing exterior staircase and replacement with a prefabricated spiral staircase. We have additional projects planned for the future, but would like to prioritize the projects listed above.

I paid someone $600 to build this for me and it did not turn out the way I wanted. This is not the color I wanted & the edges are not smooth and they splinter. I would like the edges to be smooth and for it to be painted the color I wanted.

I have this wood paneling I am trying to install in my living room but the panels are a few inches too tall. Need someone that is proficient with a saw or cutting wood to size to cut all the panels to fit. Thin wood should be very easy to cut.

Using wooden boards that I will purchase from amazon - would like to have someone use a Wood Forstner Drill Bit to drill partial divets into the boards. Would like 5 divets per board and will need it for 12 boards total. Images below for reference.
