2002 Saturn L300 sedan v6 is having AC issues. Luke warm air comes out of vents when dial is turned to cool and when turned to heat the hot air comes out of the floor vents only unless the dial recycle air in cabin button is pushed. Recently replaced upper and lower radiator hoses and added new coolant, replaced thermostat and serpentine belt.
